I am trying to remove all items with the protection enchantment from every players inventory (forge 1.20.1). How could I do this? -

So, I am following the 1.21 forge tutorials by Kaupenjoe on youtube, and I have run into a problem. In tutorial #8, which is the one about adding foods, he creates a food with effects by using .effect() on the FoodProperties, and he also shows a few other methods, .fast() and .usingConvertsTo(). None of the mentioned methods actually exist when I try to use them. They just aren't there. .saturationModifier, .nutrition(), .alwaysEdible(), and .build() are the only relevant methods that actually exist. What is going on here? Did something change between 1.21 and 1.21.3? I can't find any documentation anywhere. -

I can't start any Forge modpack for 1.20.1. It crashes with exit code 1 before even getting to the title screen. I've even tried creating a blank 1.20.1 curseforge profile with Forge 47.3.0 and no mods, but that crashes as well. Here's the log file from that: https://pastebin.com/Gtk3E0gC Here's a list of things I tried before posting here: fresh reinstall of Minecraft updating my Intel drivers updating my NVIDIA drivers reinstalling java runtime environment from java.com installing the JDK 21 from oracle.com installing the JDK from adoptium.net Nothing changed. BUT: This ONLY happens for 1.20.1. all of my modpacks for 1.19. All of my modpacks for 1.19 and below start just fine.
