I am now using java 8 but I am not seeing any direct difference but I updated the gradle scan

In you mods.toml file, right after your modid:

[[mods]] #mandatory
modId="terainmod2020" mandatory   <----------
version="1.15.2-1.0.0" #mandatory

You missed a "#", it should be

#mandatory

okay so I updated forge and I am still having the same err. 

 I have 8Gs of ram why dose it not aloe me to alot all 8Gs if I try it says

8G might be too much. 4-6G is enough.

If anyone is still having problems with this, use Java 8 not just for coding, but also for gradlew genEclipseRuns/genVSCodeRuns/genIntellijRuns.
