Help ever time I trying to install a mods folder in my server with the forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838-universal the mods folder doesn't appear everything else but not the mods folder. I tried many sources but nothing help the solution. Pls help.

1.12 is no longer support on this forum, please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

It's sad how much time mods spend saying "x is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support".
