cannot install forge 1.16.4

Whenever i attempt to install forge(have reinstalled the installer many times) I always get his error, i have deleted those files, the entire folder, even the whole net folder in hopes of it working with no success and I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

The error log is:

The fix I usually recommend is deleting the folder those are in and the vanilla jar they are derived from (1.16.4.jar in this case)

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
