I have the current recommended forge version (737).  I am happy to distribute the zip file/crash report if it is needed.

Every time post at least your error log (not that from minecraft but that from eclipse, but that you probablly already know) and also code if possible. Anyone cant fix an error without knowing the cause

It works in eclypse minecraft environment fine - just not when it comes to minecraft client (non eclypse) installation.
