CRASHED UPON LAUNCHING MINECRAFT [OPTIFINE, INVTWEAKS AND FORGE]

Ello, I was making a small harmless minecraft private modpack (consisting of Optifie, invtweaks and others to come but, I tried getting InvTweaks to work, I followed the instructions on installing InvTweaks and I got this crash message:

Problem with optifine

Install optifine AFTER Forge.
