[1.14.2] Is it allowed to ask questions about the Fabric?

What the fuck is Fabric? Is that a mod-maker-mod thing that is not Forge? Then no, you can't ask about it here because it is not Forge.

Since 1.13 will remove metadata, how do I do some DataFixing/DataFixer, my blocks rely heavily on metadata.

Mojang designed the datafixer system with only vanilla in mind. There is no system implemented for modders 1.13.
