One of your config files is invalid/corrupted. You can find it in <save-folder>/serverconfig If you don't have a back up, you can delete the file and it should be recreated with default values.

Couldn't load tag minecraft:mineable/pickaxe as it is missing following references: testmod:test_block (from main)

Hi! I finally got it to work! For all who have the same problem: I made a new mod with the same modid and copied the src folder into the new. I don't know why or how but it worked
