What happens if you run the jar file manually?

You're starting the Vanilla jar, this creates a Vanilla server. To make a Forge server you need to start the Forge jar.

Some zip managers like to take control of the .jar file extension away from Java. Make sure you have Java installed and try running Jarfix once, then try the installer again.

When you say you've done this before do you mean a Minecraft server or a Forge server?

If you've done this before you'll know that's the wrong file to start...

1.16.5 and earlier don't work with Java 16

That's a similar error with another config file, at this point unless you're playing a pre-made modpack or you modified the configs yourself you should just delete them all and let them regenerate the defaults

This file: C:\Users\marina\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config\fml.toml

It's not that the file can't be found, it's that it's corrupted, delete it

The file you uploaded seems to be invalid or broken by a recent forum upgrade, please provide it via a paste site

What do you mean by they are getting corrupted?

If you haven't made any config changes just delete them all

If you have the issue with 1.17 please provide a 1.17 installer log, 1.12 is not supported anymore

Bigger Reactors and Datapack Avnil are trying to use an event that has been removed from Forge, check for updated versions. If there are no updated versions then report this to the mod devs and backdate to 1.17.1-37.0.46 for the time being.

Aternos iirc is one of those "free" hosts that gives you basically no processing power and their servers are so locked down it's not even funny. Ditch them and get a decent host.
