I would suggest removing Optifine first as a test

This is true for 1.16.5 and previous, but 1.17 and forwards will likely use more updated versions of Java as they come out, which makes things a bit tricky.

The installer can't reach Mojang's servers. You're not trying to install Forge at school, are you?

Why do you seem to have renamed your server jar to craftbukkit? and why do you seem to have a mod that's designed to enhance piracy?

Each version of Forge targets a single version of Minecraft, so we have Forge versions for 1.15, Forge versions for 1.16... the first version of Forge for 1.17 is still being worked on

So you're trying to make a custom client?

Does it stop the server from running or are you worried about log spam?

I suggest you look into how to use a command line or terminal, the concept of a working directory is rather basic and necessary.

Try removing abnormals core and any mods that need it

So the fact that "Access" is "Toegang" in Dutch gave me a giggle. Other than that I can only assume something is odd with your file permissions (this often happens if you employ cloud backup services) or if you put it in a user-protected folder

Try reimporting the project
