The server isn't even aware of any connection attempt being made, do note that if you're running the server on your computer you shouldn't be trying the public IP, just type in localhost Your friend will need the public IP though

Did you restart the router after forwarding the ports? As for what you did wrong with the GitHub, you should have used https://gist.github.com rather than GitHub itself

I think you'll want to listen for both PlayerInteractEvent.LeftClickBlock and AttackEntityEvent

Are we talking about stopping the player attacking all entities, specific entities, entities and blocks, etc.?

In this case you can mostly read "upload to this site" as "post to this site"

What don't you understand? Do you not know what "upload" means?

I mean either upload the file to the forums or (if it's too big and the forum gives you an error) use one of the text sharing sites linked in my signature.

There's currently a dispute where MultiMC does not have support for Forge's new installation system and the dev refuses to support it, so 1.13 and on won't work in MultiMC without some extra work, add to that the fact the vanilla launcher has "Installations" and MultiMC isn't quite as needed as it used to be.
