If you had looked at Decocraft's CurseForge page (where you should have downloaded it from) you'd know that you're missing something.
Why do you need the specific version of Forge that you're using?
Also do you know how to take screenshots? Phone-pointed-at-monitor pictures aren't the best.
You have at least one client-only mod that you tried to install on the server, unfortunately this mod was not developed in a way that would guard against this so it tries to barrel on and crashes.
I would recommend GitHub Gist before pastebin because Gist has higher capacity and allows you to directly upload the text file, it just requires you to make a free GitHub account.
Twitch issue that Forge can't fix, they are hosting a broken file.
