Just run the installer again and start the new server jar instead of the old one, all config files should work as they are.

Why do you need the specific version of Forge that you're using? Also do you know how to take screenshots? Phone-pointed-at-monitor pictures aren't the best.

You have at least one client-only mod that you tried to install on the server, unfortunately this mod was not developed in a way that would guard against this so it tries to barrel on and crashes.

1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum due to its age. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

I would recommend GitHub Gist before pastebin because Gist has higher capacity and allows you to directly upload the text file, it just requires you to make a free GitHub account.

You're running a spigot server, not a Forge server.

How are you starting the server?

Twitch issue that Forge can't fix, they are hosting a broken file. The steps for getting a log from the Twitch launcher in my signature works for getting the game working with a Twitch modpack.
