  7. When you uninstalled Java you uninstalled them all at once, right? You didn't reinstall one by one?
  8. If you go to https://maven.minecraftforge.net in a browser (ignore the auth prompt, you don't need it for this) and check the certs are they all valid?
  9. Certs is one of those things that is shared I think, so to reset it you might have to uninstall every JDK and JRE until you don't have Java, then install the JDKs (JDKs have JREs in them, no need to get separate ones)
  10. It's better to download the translations during build and package them in the mod rather than downloading them at runtime
  11. Threads merged. Taking a look at the log... Edit: Have you made any changes to the packs at all?
  12. 1.7 is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support. No, we don't care that you don't want to move on and find new mods.
  13. My signature has instructions for getting a log out of Curse
  14. What did you download? Forge itself or the MDK?
  15. Why are you building the mod from the repo? https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/tinkers-construct/files/3281505
  16. The maven is not meant to be accessed manually. Only the human-readable portions require auth, the part that serves the files is perfectly accessible without auth.
  17. I'm afraid we have no idea what causes this and without a way to reliably reproduce it there's nothing we can do other than recommend using Mojang's own launcher
  18. Please provide debug.log (more info on where it is and how to provide it in my signature below, just expand the spoiler)
  19. "Read timed out" for a network operation is rather easy to Google
  20. The Forge maven has moved from https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven to https://maven.minecraftforge.net, you'll need to update your build.gradle to reflect this and possibly run gradlew --refresh-dependencies to tell Gradle to get the updated ForgeGradle
  21. 1.8 is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
