Have you bought WinRAR? If not I can recommend 7Zip as a free, open-source alternative. Also if WinRAR is taking over your jar files (the type of file the mods actually are), then you may want to re-install Java.

What you are assuming is that the mods are packed into an archive of some kind and need to be extracted. While they are archives, they are a special kind of archive that you should not extract. Have you replaced your mods from 9Minecraft with files from CurseForge?

When you say the files you get are zip files, do you mean they say .zip on the end, or do you assume that because they show up with the WinRAR logo?

Never, ever, use 9Minecraft. Read my signature for more info on why. When you say "Internet Explorer" do you mean Edge, or are you using Windows 7?

Where do you get your mods? What browser do you use?

When you download a mod what is it downloaded as?

That says nothing about duplicate mods and what it does say worries me. Why are you extracting mods?

If I may put forward another note... I see a .mcreator folder there and it worries me. If you have it installed, please do yourself a favor and get rid of it, it's poorly written, the mods it creates are broken and poorly written, and anything you make THEY own.

Phrased more concisely: Delete the .gradle folder in the MDK folder and [the .gradle folder in] your user home.

When you say you installed Forge via the launcher, do you mean the installer? What launcher are you using? Please provide a screenshot.

I'm getting a bit tired of reading your files on GDrive, could you please read the "Logs" section of my signature? It gets tiring to type it over and over so I stuck it down there to just refer to.

Remove BetterFonts and complain to the author that their package names do not match their modid, making it hard to track issues. (If you don't understand this it's fine, if the mod author doesn't then bigger problems exist)

Oh sorry that must be the dev's username, something with the acronym ttfr, could you provide your fml-client-latest please?

I believe this happens when the gradle daemon has a fit, try gradlew --stop and try again
