Do you have multiple servers? Maybe you put them in the wrong one?

What is your terminal/command prompt’s current working directory?

Please provide your installer log.

You have no mods installed on the server according to the log you have provided and the server's folder has 1.7.10 in the name even though it's a 1.12.2 server, something's fishy.

You know you need to have the mods on the server too, right? According to your first post you do, but in the log only the Forge Modules are receiving events, which usually means you didn't actually install them.
