Give me a URL, not just "this site", I want the URL to the download itself.

There is no version of Forge for 1.13.X, anyone who tells you otherwise is just trying to get you to download/install something. Where did you get Forge from?

Update to a modern version. The only thing I can assume is the launcher you're using uses a non-standard location for mods.

Every version of Optifine is designed to be compatible with only one specific version of Forge, you will need to check Optifine’s changelog on their website to find the compatible version of Forge.

Unfortunately Twitch override's Forge's logging configurations, so to get the log we want you'll have to follow the instructions in my signature (Logs -> Twitch launcher).

Try updating BetterFoliage, you'll also need to install Forgelin to run the new version.

Put "pause" on a new line at the end of the batch file, this will make the command window wait for you to press a key before it closes.

May I ask where you are getting your mods from?
