The crash appears to be a bug in Crayfish's Furniture Mod that was fixed AGES ago. Try updating.

Make sure you are using a 64-Bit JDK and have enough RAM available.

The link you posted goes to a site that I would not call trustworthy, a Google search turns up this thread in Microsoft's Support Forum.

This usually means you have the wrong version of Optifine.

NO, you look at the list of Forge versions and pick the one that matches what Optifine says it's compatible with.

And you have no options for internet, not even a mobile hotspot from a phone?
