However in this case...
...indicates you have a VERY old coremod installed on a newer version, remove that mod.
I'm unable to reproduce this issue with the same mods installed.
Are there any further details you can provide, is this a "clean" profile or were there remnants of previous mods (i.e. old saves, configs)?
Put "pause" on a new line at the end of the batch file, this will stop the window closing and will let you see what errors the server spits out as it closes.
