As far as I know the closes thing to mods you'll get in Bedrock are Addons. And I don't think those are what you're looking for.
In addition to what Diesieben said, you have a load of duplicate mods installed.

Every single one? At least one of your mods is outdated and does not have a filename consistent with Curse.
We do not support Jar modding (direct modification of the minecraft.jar file) here
