I would recommend for the future that you get a text editor capable of doing Find & Replace, I tend to use VSCode but there are a lot of editors out there and it's mostly up to personal taste.

I can't really help you without a log, if your username for anything is your full name then maybe you should change that. If you know how to use find and replace I suppose you could do that.
