Run java -version The only possible cause of this error is the use of Java 9+

Do you mean dynamically generating textures? Or are you changing the texture based on data in the item?

Try going into the .minecraft\versions and .minecraft\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge folders and deleting the folders for that version of Forge before re-installing.

I would recommend for the future that you get a text editor capable of doing Find & Replace, I tend to use VSCode but there are a lot of editors out there and it's mostly up to personal taste.

I'm not too keen on giving support through private channels. Is your username really your full name or is it just your first name?

I can't really help you without a log, if your username for anything is your full name then maybe you should change that. If you know how to use find and replace I suppose you could do that.
