  4. As it's supposed to be. The file was intentionally taken down. Read the EAQ, it tells you how to fix the problem. Or if you're using 1.5, you can download the 1.5 installers. Next time: 1) Do as you're told, you were already asked to read the EAQ but you dodn't. 2) Don't make another thread for the same problem, reply to the original one.

  11. No. And for the main topic: I don't know how it's done, but there is a way to put the version into your @mod from the build.gradle.
