  3. Why do you not want to use gradle, it's the only way to mod with forge in 1.7.

  6. Because they are broken for end users, use 953 and all will be fine. Modders: If you require 960+ for your mods YOU ARE STUPID. Seriously.
  7. Multiple projects, or you could do like what I do and jerry-rig all your projects into one gradle workspace. (HINT: you can manually define source sets )

  10. Are you running setupDecompWorkspace? That isn't exactly needed for developing you know? setupDevWorkspace runs fine.

  13. Locked, the solution is right there, besides if you're modding you shouldn't be using 953 anyway, learn to gradle. It's a must for 1.7.
  14. Just use the gradle builds, they're compatible with 953.
  15. Redownload, IIRC they fixed 953 for the new mojang stuff.
  16. Hint: setupDecompWorkspace is pretty useful
  17. Known, mojang changed things aroung, use 964 if you're developing.
  18. Try assigning more memory.
  19. Read the EAQ, and make sure you didn't rename your mc server jar.
  20. It allows you to build within Eclipse.
