1.7 will mean an end to Block and Item IDs. We won't have to deal with them anymore, they should be per-world.

BlockID conflict, open up your configs and fix it there.

I suggest you take out Twilight Forest and see if it works. Also, I think you might be able to run 32bit, add -XX:PermSize=256M to your vm args in the launcher.

Do as the installer says and run vanilla 1.6.4 at least once.

As the EAQ says, it's a zip file, copy EVERYTHING IN THE ZIP to your .minecraft FOLDER. Either that or rerun your installer, turn off antivirus, whatever.
