Looks like there are client-side-only mods in your server's mods folder I have no idea which one

Repeat it for the journeymap-server.toml file If it is crashing again, check the first lines of the crash report for mentioned toml files and delete these, too

In your config folder, delete the jei-server.toml file and test it again If there is no such file, check the worldsave/serverconfig folder
