1.5.1 is not compatible with 1.5.2 So you MUST have the proper versions. Nothing really complciated here.

Thats not the issue, one or more of the mods you're trying to load is REQUIRING 1.5.2 version on forge. Consult your log for more details there is a reason we ALWAYS want a log.

EXBL is a 1.5.1 mod that wasnt obfuscated to srg names meaning that it wont work on 1.5.2, that should be fairly obvious...

Logs or gtfo? Nothing changed in mc much so 1.5.1 should be the same as 1.5.2

This is the case, the screen should show you which mod you need if not it's in your actual log file not MC's crapy one.

For 1, that means that a value of >2 will be ignore, not of >=2. There is a difference. For 2, this is odd, if that is indeed the case that means all of our code should be wrapped around 8 character columns, either way, the specification doesn't state that the minimum is 40. It says the default is 40. This is just one of the many astyle differences we have to deal with cross OS's. Forge actually has a second styler it runs over the code to fix these discrepancies. Anyways this is interesting i'll pass it tot he MCP team to change the deault, curious why only a few people are having issues. I blame different astyle versions. As long as your set the one included with MCP to runnable, it should work fine.

Depends, if your mods were built to srg names and Forge, they yes they should work fine. If they were built to obfusicated name, then no they wont work as obfusication changed.

Not exactly sure why you're getitng this error besides you trying to install 1.5.2 on 1.5.1 I just tried installing that build onto 1.5.2 and it worked flawlessly..

Post the full log, pastebin.com is a good place to put it. If you have a zip or jar in the mods folder that isnt a mod the log will tell you. It will even tell you where the mods folder is expected to me. Either way, seems you've failed to put a file into a folder.. fun fun..
