no minecraft folder in eclipse
There isn't supposed to be one. Minecreaft is a library not source.

[1.8.9] Forge is just not installing for me....
Logs, logs are ALWAYS required for tech support. Beyond that go manually install the libraries then.

In-Code Json Creation
Do not create the json or dynamic blocks from code. You can create the data externally once and then ship it out. Creating models/textures/jsons with code is bad.

Server Crash when Client joins game
One or more of your mods that adds entities to the wold has set an invalid spawn random. You'll have to start removing mods until it stops happening to figure out which one.

Mod version detection?
It works as long as the mod tells us what version is it for. If the modders doesn't give that information we can only assume it's for the current version so we have to try and load it. Side not, you should use the version folders to sort your mods. /mods/{MCVERSION}/{PutStuffHere}

Cannot unzoom a map with latest version of forge (1887 / 1892)
Ya we usually wait about a week or so for users to point out all these minor bugs and fix them before bumping for another RB. I'm not perfect, people who submit PRs arnt perfect. We just try to fix things as soon as they are verified.

Installing a API
IC2 {and any other 'API'} Should have a maven repository. If they do all you need to do is add that info to your build.gradle. Just like any other depeandancy. Go yell at the IC2 people for their maven info.

No mods appearing
Always get mods from either the Minecraft Forums, or here. Almost all other sites that list mods are bad and lie to you. If you ever see an 'mod installer' that's almost always mal/adware. I can't guess what a random mod is targeting based on file names. Well sometimes I can because mods will usually include the MC version in their file name. MCA-1.9-5.1.2-universal.jar is potentially safe to say it's 1.9. However go to the miencraft forums, find the official post for it and make sure you get the correct download link.

Cannot unzoom a map with latest version of forge (1887 / 1892)
There is always a log. ALWAYS. And It may be worth closing that 20 version gap down a little if you can. A lot of things can change in 20 versions. Tracked it down to this commit, seems that oredicting 'paper' screwed it up. Fixed in latest build.

No mods appearing
It found them and discarded them because they are not mod files. Side note why the hell are you trying to install 1.7.10 mods on 1.9 minecraft? That won't work.
-
[1.8.9] Attach custom Capability to an ItemStack
Somehow you've registered the itemstack itself as needing to serialize.. itself... hence the infinite loop.
-
Pixelmon Crash!
Update, 1.7.10 is not supported.

inappropriate ads
If there are inappropriate ads {Protip: There are no sex ones} then take a screen shot and send it to us. That will have information we can use to track it down and remove it. But just saying "durr ads bad!" isn't helpful. We try and curate the ads to be as family friendly as possible. But we can't do shit without any information.

World specific mods
Yes, thats the 'or should' There is a reason why I do not support or condone the Technic platform, But this goes into a lot of bullshit drama that wars have been faught over. Point is, No we will not be doing this for both technical and legal reasons.
-
World specific mods
They have permission to distribute mods. Or at least, they should. Its also far better to use things like those launchers and not just a world zip.

[1.9] Block#getHarvestLevel Bug
Right these are all material based things. Which its on the item's end to determine if they have a harvest level. There is no way to generalize all of these values, your item just needs to check the material in canHarvestBlock which is delegated to when the block doesn't have a tool.
-
World specific mods
1) Redistributing other's mods is a NO GO serriously don't do it. It's not worth the drama. 2) Mods are loaded during init there is no way to unload them so doing it per world won't work.
-
NetBeans enviroment
This would be a gradle question not us. We shouldnt need to do anything special. And we wont do anything special to support any more custom IDEs.
-
[1.9] Block#getHarvestLevel Bug
Be more specific, what blocks exactly.
-
[1.9] RenderInventoryIconEvent
Becuase its better to have things rendered from models and not have modders doing direct GL manipulation. It's kinda the entire point of the new rendering system. I'm gunna go with no.
