When I download forge its just a notepad with lots of symbols.

The problem was, i dont have windows loader or something like that, so now fixed

When I load into a world with Forge for 1.7.10 my screen immediately becomes solid colours. I can't see the menu or anything else. I can still hear the audio. How do I fix?
