Hello guys, which event should I use in order to cancel out a shield blocking under said circumstances?

This PR is for 1.18, what about 1.16.5, I'm pretty sure they won't port it back if they implement it in newer version.

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
