So I did this but the end result still has multiple potion effects that don't go away even after effect clearing and drinking milk.

            ()-> new ModEventListeners(new Item.Properties().tab(CreativeModeTab.TAB_MISC).food(ModFoods.EYE_OF_ALWORTH)));

Did I do it wrong?

unfortunately i have no idea why, use debugger

this is controlled by the duration of the Effect, but it should not happend with a duration of 1200
