[19:49:53] [main/INFO]: Found mod file flywheel-forge-1.18-0.6.2.jar of type MOD with provider {mods folder locator at C:\Users\D.C\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\Creation\mods}

Although the I think the latest version of flywheel is 0.6.4?

Try redownloading the files.

If that doesn't fix it, post the full logs/debug.log. Maybe that will have a clue?

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

That is a beta release and not the latest version.

If its not that, you should go through your mods to check you have the latest versions.

The problem is likely one of these mods has a dependency on a specific (older) version of create.

I tried creating a modpack with your versions of forge, create, flywheel and jei.

It worked fine for me.

I then started adding your mods with create in the name  which is how I spotted you were using a beta release.

With their latest versions this also worked fine.
