Forge not detecting mods

Hi, I just installed forge as I always do. I download it, install client and then select the forge profile in the launcher and put my mods in the mods folder. But this time it doesn't work. I tried in 1.16.5, 1.18.2 and 1.19 but the mods are not detected even though they are in the mods folder. I can send pictures and files on discord if needed, I can't upload anything here.

Please post debug.log from the logs folder and a screenshot of your Mods folder.

Also when I put optifine in my mod folder the game crashes but I did that for years and it never crashed.

There is no compatible OptiFine version for Forge 41.0.111 yet.

Optifine crashes my game in 1.18.2 and 1.16.5 as well.

Please post a screenshot of the Mods folder where we can see the full path

I already did here's the path : C:\Users\PC\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods

You can try to run Jarfix, after running it redownload the Mods.

But you can't see the .zip ending because you have file extensions turned off in windows explorer?

Oh yeah they were all .jar.zip I removed the .zip and it works thanks a lot !
