i was wondering does forge 3.3.8 have HD support? i read somewhere that forge has support to up to 128x textures but when i use them the blocks (mostly items like swords, picks, etc) look bad as the edges are all in the wrong location.

Yes it does, things all work fine with vanilla forge. So as long as you don't do something stupid it should be fine.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

While it does indeed support it, to get full functionality as well as better performance (normally), try installing Optifine. :)

Check out my

Texture Packs Thread here on the Forge Forum. :)

Currently in the process of adding some mod support for JohnSmith Texture Pack.

I thought it was my fault by making the texture's.  :-\
