johhny_gat Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 I'll try and keep this brief. Minecraft recently updated to 1.6.4. I have 1.6.2 forge installed. I was just wondering how I update forge to 1.6.4, do I simply install Forge 1.6.4 and it will replace all other files? I just thought I would ask here so I wouldn't screw anything up. Thanks in advance. Quote
LexManos Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Just run the installer, t'll install another 'version' that you cal select in the profile editor. It will also set the 'Forge' profile to whatever version you just installed. It's rather simple. It just adds shit that you can choose from. Quote I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
johhny_gat Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 Haha, thanks a lot for the straight-forward, simple answer. Quote
johhny_gat Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 Um ok, I have a problem. I try to install the new 1.6.4 forge and I get an error message like can't install libararies..... any help? Found the error here it is: These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.10.2 I've looked around on the forums, and some other people are getting this too.. Quote
