Minecraft - 1.5.2 using Magiclauncher

Forge - minecraftforge-universal-1.5.2-7.8.1.737

I am trying to get all my 1.5 mods working, because some aren't updated for 1.6.4. Magiclauncher gives me 1 error when I put it in, and the error below appears if I try and launch it.

Fatal error starting up minecraft and FML

Log file in spoiler

Let me know if there's anything else I need to provide, or something I should do differently when submitting a help request.

Thanks

The EAQ isn't updated, Lex ninja-deleted the old 1.4/1.5 library folder on files while I was at school -.-

I'll rip a backup out of ftb.

But seriously, what mod is keeping you from updating? RedPower?

EDIT: EAQ links still work, I'll grab a backup just in case they go down.

Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE!

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.

Do not 'rip a backup out of ftp'

The proper solution would be to use the new installer for 1.5.2 instead of the old method.

Or, just fucking update.

1.5.2 is officiall EOLed from us and isn't supported. And considering fmllibs/scala-library.jar was eating almost 700GB/day in traffic {1/3rd of our total} I decided to provide a better solution.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Then you're doing it wrong, And we can't help those who don't post logs.

Either way 1.5.2 is out of date and you should update.

FTB, Lex, as in Feed the Beast, not FTP.

As an aside I am keeping copies of the fmllibs.zip s for those who aren't using the new launcher + installer or modpacks. PM me if you need them.

(there shouldn't be a reason, unless you're using redpower/some other shit mod that hasn't updated)

    • Version 1.19 - Forge 41.0.63 I want to create a wolf entity that I can ride, so far it seems to be working, but the problem is that when I get on the wolf, I can’t control it. I then discovered that the issue is that the server doesn’t detect that I’m riding the wolf, so I’m struggling with synchronization. However, it seems to not be working properly. As I understand it, the server receives the packet but doesn’t register it correctly. I’m a bit new to Java, and I’ll try to provide all the relevant code and prints *The comments and prints are translated by chatgpt since they were originally in Spanish* Thank you very much in advance No player is mounted, or the passenger is not a player.
