Is it possible to remove ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.192? Removing the jar doesn't completely remove it . There several error messages and unknown block id's, etc. I tired removing the associated *.cfg files, but wasn't completely successful.

ForgeMultipart is in no way associated with MinecraftForge. Go bitch at Chickenbones.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
