Give poison effect when item is in inventory

I would like to ask someone if they couldn't help me with an item, that gives you poison effect when it is in the inventory.

Oh really onUpdate is called when it's inside the inventory (not just on the hotbar), I didn't know that

The second boolean is true IIF the item is in the hotbar.

There is only one boolean in Item#onUpdate(...) and it is true only if item is the current held one.

Now you know why my mod is open source.  I did something that I hadn't seen around before, doing all kinds of effects.
