Forge Doesn't load

I am trying to set up a minecraft forge server but it doesnt work

When I install forge,I open my minecraft_server.jar to start the server and nothing happens,just nothing,no error no crash no nothing

I follow exactly the instalation of a minecraft forge server

 

I tried to first delete the META-INF folder and then install forge but I get the same thing

but if I try to start a normal vanilla minecraft server everything is ok

 

I am doing this with 1.6.4 files so I can start a server on my own modpack with a friend(using technic platform)

run the forge jar, not the minecraft_Server jar.

The minecraft_server jar is completely untouched and is used as a library.

there is no log since nothing is loading either from minecraft_server.jar and I have tried to load through fore.jar,I just double click and nothing is happening,no loadscreen no logs and nowhere in my pc does it show that the server is loading to start

Then you need to run the jar manually, and get us a log.

There is always a log to post somewhere.

If there is something happeneing on your screen even you clicking a mouse TELL US.

ok,so it appears I am missing library files but I dont know how since I haven't deleted anything

I just install forge v 9.11.1 the way it is supposed to be installed on my minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar file and thats it

you dont edit jars at all.

Use the installer.

Also, make sure you're using the recommended build.

Yes I am using the recommended version of forge (v9.11.1.953) and the log is still shows the same thing

and where can I get the forge installer for servers?Because I don't need it for the game it's self

you have a Client mod in the mods folder

ok so what can I do to fix this,I dont want to remove these mods because they are essential to my modpack

remove it form the server

I dont want to remove it because that is the main reason I wanted to start a forge server.....

Those mods are not needed on the server.
