when ever I try to download the forge client it shows this : these librarys cant load org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.10.2

I would really like to know whats wrong

I did I also  read your comment on another person who had this problem I did the same thing made my .minecraft look the same and it still wont work

Obviously not because if you had you would of downloaded and installed the libraries that would fix this.
