Still Get Forge Scala-Library Failed To Download After I've Downloaded!!

Help me please! I'm trying to install mods for 1.6.4 and have sucessfully done it before but I'm new to minecraft and may have messed something up. I have started over with a clean minecraft, finally downloaded forge after about two hours of not being able to even open it up without saying corrupted .jar file, I have watched numerous videos on forge and the scala-library error and have both scala-library-2.10.2 and scala-compiler-2.10.2 downloads and put them in the correct folders and I STILL get the these libraries failed to download. try again. org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2. Now the only thing was that my scala lang folder never had these files in them to begin with to replace but last time I got the mods all working I did the EXACT thing. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

 

Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

 

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.

Corrupt file?  Works for me.

okay so I think I've figured something out, when I tried to run forge installer again I only got the scala-library failed to download and not the compiler failed to download so I'm assuming that there is something wrong with the download I have for scala-library-2.10.2. Does anyone know where I can get just this download?

Corrupt? My tests show that it works, try using another archiver (I recommend 7zip)

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
