Forge 4.0.0.249 and NEI help

I have two problems. The first is a simple one. does anyone know how to install the latest Code Chicken Core+NEI, the forum thread isn't that helpful.

 

The other. here is the crash log for a MultiMC instance i tried running. can someone please help me out with figuring out what is wrong.

Say what?

 

Install FML 3.0.175.332+ OR MinecraftForge 4.0.0.240+ into the jar.

Place the CodeChickenCore jar file into the coremods folder.

Place the NEI jar file into the coremods folder.

Place any modules' zip files in the mods folder.
