What directory did you look in? It should be eclipse/eula.txt

Check out my mod, Realms of Chaos, here.

If I helped you, be sure to press the "Thank You" button!

Your run configurations have the work directory specified and should put it in the logs. Looks like you just don't know your run directory.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Its the eclipse folder right? The server properties file is there and so are all the files for my client. Perhaps the client also produces a file called server.properties, though i was pretty sure it was made by the server.

So there is a way to specificly set the run directory? Like an argument, or something? Will take a look and see if i can fix it asap.

Im not at my computer now, but i remember that i went into run configurations and i found a box that said run directory or something. In the server run configuration it was "something:something" while in my client run config it was just "something:" so i changed the one for the server into the one for the client.

I don't know if this helps, but if you can't find the eula.txt for a Spigot Server try starting the server, then it will create the eula.txt for you. :)
