I'll look into it. It won't be easy because of some major forge changes, but I think I have a way around that.

Protip: try and find answers yourself before asking on the forum.

It's pretty likely that there is an answer.

Was I helpful? Give me a thank you!

Tired of waiting for mods to port to bukkit?

use BukkitForge! (now with a working version of WorldEdit!)

I'm still getting hit with /stop not working, but before I went and opened another ticket I wanted to ask what the recommended Forge version is? I'm running it on 474 right now.

EDIT: Er, since I'm an idiot and forgot to mention, this is for BukkitForge 1.4.6-9

I compile against 467, but that shouldn't make a difference. I will try, once again, to make the command work.

Core, chat, commands no - most of my energies are focused on BukkitForge, BlockBreak is but I need to compile it.

I'll love you so much if you update block break. I need to catch some griefers on my server badly. I've done all I can to prevent people from griefing but they still find ways to grief and I'd rather just ban the trouble makers.

I'll update it tomorrow :)

Just wanted to let you know, with BukkitForge 1.4.6-12 the /stop command is now working for me. Thanks for taking care of that so quickly!

You're welcome ;)

Glad towny is working now, glad I could help test.

Next on the list to test is the block logging, waiting for that to get updated. Towny and Logblock were the two main plugins desired.

Thanks for testing!

It would appear that the protection functionality of Essentials/WorldGuard don't work. Things like fire spread protection, etc. I think WG doesn't work in the same way WorldEdit doesn't without requiring an edit for BukkitForge, but what about Essentials?

The problem is that Bukkit has been reorganized to make several events work - Mojang's code doesn't include hooks for several events. But it *should* still be possible, it will just take a while for this stuff to be worked out.

Does anyone have instructions on how to get this set up on your server? I've tried following the Readme instructions, but guess I'm not good enough with this stuff to figure it out. Thanks, and help would be appreciaed.

I have 2 questions, how do I know if a plugin has guava 10?

The other question is can make bukkitforge fix PermissionsEx, because it says I'm [Owner] but I can't do a thing? Op is the only choice I have, but I don't want everyone to be op.

If a plugin crashes and the line where it says 'xxx.xxx.SomethingExcpetion' has 'com.google.something' in it, it's a guava10 plugin. But don't worry - most plugins don't use guava. It's mostly just essentials ;)

As for PEX, I'm working on it, it's a hard-to-find bug... Can I suggest resetting your configs (don't use ones from craftbukkit)? We've noticed that for some reason that misbehaves a bit...

Thanks, I know there are many plugins that don't work because of bugs, but I am patient enough to wait. :)
