Tell the mods you're using to switch to forge, this issue is that you've run out of sprites. This is a major issue with ModLoader mods. Has nothing to do with forge.

mods to switch to forge?? im not switching from anything to forge. i instaled forge by draggin the conents of the latest "minecraft-forgeuniversal..." into my minecraft.jar file. am i doing something wrong here?

Go to the mod author and tell him to switch to forge. I just looked hes using like 36 sprites....

That's a lot, leaving very few left. And this is where you're running into your issue.

But interesting, i'll have to look into our bit masks, I think cpw did the update wrong and miscounted which ones were free.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Yes, as I fucking said, cpw just derped when he updated the bit mask. I'll update forge soon with the proper bitmask.

BUT, there are 60 free slots in items.png, one mod using 36 of them... is bad. He should move to forge.
