When I install forge (deleting meta-inf) it doesnt work.

 

Forge doesnt download the file "bcprov-jdk15on-147" so I downloaded it manually.

The problem is that I dont know where should I place the file.

To actually answer your question, you put it in .minecraft/libs along side the other jars.

FML does download this automatically, but if something screws up you may have to do it manually.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
