There is no opportunity to test without sponge. I will lose plugins for protection and players will create chaos. Without players crash doesn't arise.

Just remove it to test using a backup of your game. Then, if no crash, you know it's sponge causing it, and if it does crash, you have the crashlog requested to post here :)

You have A LOT of different errors listed in there.

All of which stem from a sponge function call.

MOST of them look like they are simply passing in the incorrect world location which is causing things to freak out. 

I'm not at home right now so I cant actively dig into the stack, but yes, from the traces and what I know about those functions is that they are passing in the wrong values.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
