Posted August 6, 20178 yr Whenever I use Forge lately (including but not limited to the latest version), my in-game name changes to "Red_Master". August 6, 20178 yr Nothing IN Forge would change your name to that, your log doesnt show anything except tree chopper installed, so I'd first start looking at that. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
August 8, 20178 yr Author I just tried running Minecraft with the latest Forge and nothing else but vanilla 1.12.1, and it still happened. Running vanilla without Forge, I still have my normal name. Whether or not there's anything in Forge that should change my name, it appears to be what's doing it.
August 8, 20178 yr Then post your logs, The name 'Red_Master' literally is nowhere in Forge. You probably have a crappy mod somewhere or you're running the game wrong. This is not Forge doing this. August 9, 20178 yr Forge can't just change your name. What crappy cracked launcher are you using? How did you install forge?
