pantheis Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 In my experience, WinRar does an amazing job of not handling JAR archives correctly, at all. My friend couldn't install mod after mod. When he switched to 7-Zip, no more problems. Maybe try using 7-Zip instead? (www.7-zip.org) Quote

LexManos Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 FML's log provides more info but it seems that something inside your mods folder or coremods folder is point at what im gunna assume is a corrupt file. Quote I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
LemonMint Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 I have the same issue/error message code. But I had modloader, Runecraft and Forge. I know many things run on modloader but I also need Forge API. I still have my error log. How can we remedy this? Quote
HMPerson1 Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 NEVER install ModLoader with Minecraft Forge. Bad things will happen. Quote There's an EAQ for a reason. Read it! "Note that failure to read this will make you look idiotic. You don't want that do you?" -- luacs1998 First rule of bug reports: More information is always better. Oh, and logs OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!
LemonMint Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Alright. What would you suggest if a mod requires modloader? I want to keep Forgecraft. Quote
luacs1998 Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Forge works with modloader mods. Quote Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE! This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project. www.forgeessentials.com Don't PM me, I don't check this account unless I have to.
