Minecraft.getInstance().gameRenderer.displayItemActivation(new ItemStack(RegistryHandler.MAGIC_MIRROR.get()));

I need to make this work with server

So how to send server-to-client packets? Couldn't figure this out

You don't, its client specific code.

To which client? Each player connected to the server is a different client.

Also,

Read the Docs

!worldIn.isRemote

it didn't work with it

Yes, because displayItemActivation is client-specific code.

You need to send a packet from server to client, and let the client do the render.

Your code is going to crash if you run it on a multiplayer server because it loads client classes regardless of if it runs or not. You need to use packets or DistExecutor

You need to post more of your code.

We can't know what the problem is just by looking at a single line of code.

ok it works with

if(worldIn.isRemote) {

}

if there is something wrong with this tell me

No it doesn't. The second you run that on a DEDICATED SERVER it will crash. As I just explained, you need to use DistExecutor or packets.

            DistExecutor.runWhenOn(Dist.CLIENT, () -> () -> {
                Minecraft.getInstance().gameRenderer.displayItemActivation(new ItemStack(RegistryHandler.MAGIC_MIRROR.get()));
            });

Did I do this correctly?

If that's where you got the idea to use !world.isRemote, then you did not understand that page correctly.
