Decompiling forge mods

I want to develop extensions for mods(EE3) and I have permissions from those developers(Pahimar) and I looked on forge wiki and it says to Decompile Mod (http://www.minecraftforge.net/wiki/Developing_Addons_for_Existing_Mods) and I have no idea at all how to decompile forge mods. Does anyone have good tutorial? I tried searching on google but with no luck

Could you please tell me how to decompile it because I don't understand this. Please only how to decompile it not all kinds of other tutorials I specificaly need to decompile it because I am planning to develop extensions for other mods not just this one

If you can't figre out how to pull and understand a open source mod.

You're not going to igure out how to decompile a mod.

So go learn some more before trying to tackle this.
