I don't see anything helpful here, how long have you let it sit frozen? If a world tick takes a full minute it should crash with info about what each thread was doing when the world stopped.

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

There aren't any Forge-compatible versions of 1.15.2 Optifine yet, you can check this in the changelog of each Optifine version.

Placeable Items 4.0.0 is for 1.14.4, not 1.15.2

If your Java is in Program Files (x86) then it's 32-Bit and you might as well uninstall it and install 64-Bit Java

That sounds like an issue with your IDE not finding Forge, close your ide and delete all project files and reimport it

If you're saying "Yes I still have the issue without Immersive Portals installed", can you provide a log without immersive portals installed?
